Since then he’s built a deep expertise in remote monitoring of patients at home and helping doctors practice true telemedicine. With Trans Vitals, Gautam aims to bring medical grade wearables to the developing world through a unique mix of frugal engineering and business model innovation. Gautam is a first generation entrepreneur and helps multiple Indian startups in charting their Medtech journey.

His specifically focuses on Go-To-Market strategy, sales, pre-sales and business strategy. Before founding Trans Vitals, Ajay’s last corporate role was as Vice President at Samsung. He has a high level of involvement in multiple Not-for-profit organizations as a founder / trustee.

Pradip has over 50 yrs of corporate experience in Business Growth and scale. He is Independent director on multiple listed and unlisted engineering companies.

Samir has 24 years of work experience and has helped grow organisational capabilities across diverse industries including Consulting, MedTech, IT / ITES & Investment Banks. Having worked with BCG-X, DeepTek, Kantar & CLSA he brings value to our organisation.

Navani is a passionate product head and researcher with a strong foundation in biotechnology and medical technology. Over the last few years, she has led the development of innovative medtech solutions, including OvuPro—India’s first wireless, stick-to-skin BBT-based ovulation tracking device. From conducting clinical trials to publishing research, navigating regulatory landscapes, and designing app logic, Navani has played a key role in translating scientific ideas into real-world healthcare tools. At Trans Vitals, she is driving the vision of accessible, evidence-backed digital health through rigorous research, patient-centered design, and close collaboration with clinicians and developers. As a young leader in medtech, she is committed to creating scalable, impactful solutions that empower women and improve preventive healthcare.

Jaya plays a pivotal role in guiding our data strategy as we build the future of healthcare AI on a global scale. She brings a wealth of technical and leadership experience, having served as Sr. Director & Site Leader at NVIDIA, Chairman of SVNIT Surat, and currently as Chairman of the HRD Expert Group for the National Supercomputing Mission, GoI.
